Governance
Founder, President, and Chair
Bob is the President of Arnoff and Associates Inc., a leading employee benefits firm, where he has provided innovative advisory services to his clients for over 40 years. A recipient of the 2009 Solutions Superstar Award for innovation, Bob specializes in designing and managing group health, retirement and wellness programs. He is also a published author and sought-after keynote speaker, sharing his expertise at national conferences. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University and completed post-grad professional training from the Wharton School of Business. His tireless commitment and dedication to ALZ’s mission make him the organization’s driving force.
Vice President
Luke is an Associate Attorney at McDonald Hopkins LLC, where he focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, and privacy litigation. As a member of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group, Luke advises clients on regulatory defense and in class action lawsuits, leveraging his unique blend of legal expertise and technical knowledge. Before joining McDonald Hopkins, Luke gained experience in the technology, insurance and food service industries, where he evaluated privacy policies and developed data management strategies. Luke is admitted to practice law in Ohio and in multiple federal courts. He earned his J.D. at Cleveland State University College of Law, where he served as President of the Federal Bar Association Student Chapter and as Development Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, and earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from DePauw University and his bachelor’s degree in software development from Western Governors University.
Treasurer
Kimberley is founder and CEO of Spates Accounting Services and uses her 23 years of progressive financial and accounting experience to help small business owners and nonprofits achieve strategic clarity and growth. As a trusted financial partner, Kimberley delivers comprehensive solutions to her clients ranging from precision bookkeeping and tax strategy to proactive budgeting and Fractional CFO insights. Before founding her firm, Kimberley was Controller at The Centers where she managed a $65M budget and led a team across four companies. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both earned from Cleveland State University. She also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and is a graduate of the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Cleveland Bridge Builders Program. In addition to ALZ, Kimberley actively serves her community through key leadership roles with Dress For Success Cleveland and Goodwill Industries.
Secretary
Debbie is a seasoned litigator with over 38 years of experience as an oral advocate and negotiator. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City and is currently a Partner at Buckley King LPA. Debbie’s practice focuses on complex business disputes and commercial litigation, and she has handled a wide variety of legal matters including those involving contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property rights, employment claims, corporate governance issues, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Debbie is admitted to practice law in New York, Ohio and multiple federal courts, including the Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Debbie has served as Adjunct Professor of Trial Tactics at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and she is a volunteer high school civics teacher through the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs program and her firm’s ambassador to the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland’s Partners in Justice Program. Debbie earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University and her bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University.

Lynda brings over 30 years of expertise in public accounting to her role as a nonprofit board member. As a Director at Corrigan Krause, she has been instrumental in building and leading the firm’s Tax Department and currently heads its Estate, Gift, and Trust group. Lynda specializes in strategic planning and consulting for individuals, trusts and closely held businesses. Her areas of expertise include estate planning, retirement planning, tax strategy, and fiduciary matters. Lynda earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude, from The Ohio State University and her master’s degree in taxation from the University of Akron.

Daniel is a dynamic entrepreneur, advisor and investor with a focus on healthcare and technology innovation. As Managing Partner at Grand Rounds Capital and President of Danley Advisors, he has guided startups and organizations in scaling groundbreaking solutions. Daniel’s career encompasses leadership roles in business operations, marketing and strategic planning, with notable achievements in cost savings and revenue generation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in cinema studies and visual arts from Oberlin College and has completed advanced business training at Harvard Business School Online and Wharton Online.

Amy is a Senior Client Service Director and Partner at CM Wealth Advisors, where she provides tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. With over 25 years of experience in trust administration, investment management and fiduciary services, Amy specializes in strategic tax planning and personalized financial strategies and is known for her disciplined, client-centric approach to wealth planning. Before joining CM Wealth Advisors, Amy served as Regional Director of Trust at Key Private Bank and as a Trust Advisor at PNC Private Client Group. She is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and associate’s degree in the arts from the University of Akron. She attained her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2009.

George is a globally recognized neuroscientist and expert in Alzheimer’s disease research. He is one of the top 100 most-cited scientists in neuroscience and has received numerous accolades and awards for his work. George is currently the Semmes Distinguished University Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he has held a variety of leadership roles, including Dean of the College of Sciences. George’s groundbreaking research focuses on the role of oxidative stress in Alzheimer’s disease, with more than 1,000 publications and 145,000 citations to his name. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease and a fellow of numerous prestigious organizations, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the Academies of Science of Mexico, Portugal and Spain. George earned his Ph.D. in marine biology from Scripps Institution of Oceanography and completed post-doctoral research in cell biology at Baylor College of Medicine.

Shalini is a seasoned IT executive with over 20 years of experience in the information technology and banking industries. She has been instrumental in driving operational strategies and leveraging emerging technologies to promote organizational growth since 2020 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Archbold, Ohio. During her career, Shalini has held leadership roles at prominent financial institutions, including The Middlefield Banking Company and Commercial Savings Bank, where she developed and executed strategic plans to enhance sales initiatives, client relationships and quality assurance. Her expertise spans IT service delivery, IT strategy and IT management, and she has a proven track record in crisis management, problem-solving and budget optimization. Shalini holds an M.B.A. in Systems and Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and completed her early education at Apeejay School.

Harry is a nonprofit executive with over four decades of experience in strategic planning, change management and fundraising. He has served as CEO for multiple organizations, has raised more than $75 million for nonprofits throughout his career and, as Co-Founder of 501Pros, provides consulting services to schools, foundations and mission-driven organizations, specializing in development audits, capital campaigns and board engagement. Harry earned his master’s degree in education supervision from Cleveland State University and his bachelor’s degree in social studies education from the University of Dayton.
